2 MORE LBS GONE FOREVER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Okay I'm a little jazzed about it :D. Woke up this morning, and it actually said 3.5 lbs LESS THAN EVER BEFORE. When I tried it again for AceBall, it was only 2 less. But 2 is better than nothing, and my surgeon's scale generally reads 4-5 lbs lighter than mine! (I have my official 3-month follow-up this coming Monday).

To celebrate we went to Golden Corral for breakfast. Not really to celebrate, we were going to go anyway. AceBall called ahead of time and they offered to let me get my food in a to-go box and weigh it at $4.19/lb. Sounded like the least expensive way to go since I don't eat very much. I ended up with slightly over half a pound of food for about $2.50. I had eggs, bacon, and a tiny bit of hashbrown potatoes- my favorite. UgH! I forgot to put ketchup on them- I just remembered that. It's all good though, I was more than full and had a great time.

Now I'm going to get a little more ready and see what Mel & kids are up to. Then AB is probably going to shower and nap, and DBall and I will play with Higgins' maybe!

B was off yesterday because mail doesn't run on holidays (hallelujah, pass the gravy!) and he did spend some time watching the olympics. I really wish I enjoyed the olympics more than I do, but I do not. Sometimes I can sit there and watch the snowboarders or speed skaters or whatever, but I definitely don't get all excited about it and set aside time in my day for the olympics. In addition to that though, B also put the Christmas boxes back up in the attic (can I get another HALLELUJAH!!!) and finished removing the wallpaper from the master bathroom walls. I somehow did not realize that I couldn't just go in there and paint it now. First it has to be textured, and then primed. Oh, the tediousness of it all. I just want it painted already!! Has it been 3 years?! 🤔

There’s way too much to catch up on i think?! I homeschooled Kupcake all last year with two amazing friends and their kids. DBall is a Sr at Har-Ber HS this year and is on the debate team and in Camerata choir. He makes amazing grades and it’s super bittersweet for me that he’s graduating next Spring. We just got back from Coleman Family Reunion in Bear Lake, UT. The week prior DBall went to EFY at BYU, while Kupcake and I spent the week with friends who now live in West Jordan. I was able to go to the Provo City Center Temple (w/Susie) and the Jordan River Temple. Bryson is still heat treating and is currently working and living in Ardmore, OK, M-F. Yay. My mom was diagnosed with metastatic breast cancer in March. She’s having a small reunion next weekend that the kids and I will drive out to. Bryson will drive down after work on Friday night.
